Description The Program Manager is an entry level or intermediate position that will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs. This position will work closely with Senior Program Managers and cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Essential Functions
- Support program coordination and communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor programs progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
- Help with the preparation and maintenance of program documentation and reports.
- Participate in program meetings and provide administrative support.
- Track program milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources.
- Oversee budget, schedule, and cross collaboration efforts.
- Maintain cost books and program EAC's.
- Brief executive level staff on program performance and contribute towards division goals.
This is an entry-mid level position. Level/salary will be commensurate with experience. Position Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business Management, Project Mangement or related field with 4+ years experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field with 0-3 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- DOD Program or military experienced preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
