Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage day-to-day business objectives of several projects.
- Apply advanced knowledge and expertise of operations, tradecraft, and mission priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
- Multi-task and manage time and priorities in a collaborative manner.
- Monitor numerous databases, spreadsheets, and time-sensitive requirements in support of numerous, concurrent projects.
- Brief team on project status.
- Draft comprehensive, high-quality reports in support of mission objectives.
- Coordinate with purchasing & logistics to support shipping and receiving of goods.
- Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
Business Improvement
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding the most effective corporate structure for various business goals.
- Research and continually monitor domestic and international corporate structures and brief senior leadership on business implications.
- Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to continuously improve business operations.
- Be involved from concept through execution and to termination of sensitive opportunities which typically have numerous facets, unknown outcomes, and fast-breaking aspects.
- Serve as a key resource which project managers will depend upon to maintain the fluidity of project actions, and be able to brief on status, issues, and next step actions/timetables.
- Assist in preparing contracts, write non-technical reports to management, indicating solutions or range of possible alternatives in rank of desirability and probability of success when there is no single solution.
Customer Service
- Provide quality service to customers, vendors, and business partners.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- 5 or more years of professional experience
- Exhibit positive and professional demeanor and ability to work well with a small team is required.
- Exercise ability to effectively communicate issues, concerns, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to personnel with varying degrees of knowledge required.
Preferred experience and expertise:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience establishing and maintaining small businesses preferred (e.g. LLCs, C Corps, Series LLCs, Trusts)
- Administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
