Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge directed energy products from concept through production. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing program budgets and schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring product delivery aligns with customer and company expectations. The Program Manager will also play a vital role in establishing engineering processes and contributing to the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, integration, and execution of directed energy products.
• Establish and implement tailored engineering processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Manage contracts, logistics, and operational aspects associated with developing and deploying emerging technologies.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring programs remain on budget and on schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing the development of complex directed energy products.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
• Familiarity with managing programs in a rapid prototyping environment.
• Background in directed energy systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program management or related roles.
