Executive Summary: HRUCKUS seeks a Program Manager for an onsite role in Suitland, MD, to support the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Position Duties Include:

• Prepare and submit monthly program management and performance reports detailing progress, milestones, and any issues encountered.
• Lead and manage the ISSO program, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and risk management plans to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Provide strategic guidance on security controls, ongoing authorization activities, and assessment and processes.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of RMF and other relevant federal cybersecurity policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders.
