Program Manager- Frisco, TX (Hybrid: 3 days a week in-office)

Secondary Location Option: Remote (Central Time Zone)

Job Summary:

This role focuses on driving efficiencies and aligning supply chain and procurement processes with the evolving needs of the business during a transformation period. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process improvement, supply chain management, and procurement, specifically within the telecom sector. Strong skills in current and future state process mapping, stakeholder collaboration, and systems impact analysis are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mapping & Transformation: Conduct detailed current state process mapping for supply chain and procurement workflows.
• Design and document future state processes aligned with business transformation objectives.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and KPIs, recommending actionable improvements.
• Program Management: Develop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including procurement, network, device, and IT, to ensure thorough documentation.
• Monitor progress, ensuring alignment with project goals, and report updates regularly.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on transformation goals.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and/or process improvement roles.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.

Certifications:

Six Sigma or related certifications are highly desirable.

Key Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of telecom supply chain and procurement practices.
• Expertise in process analysis, redesign, and implementation.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Adaptability to changing business requirements and a results-driven mindset.
