Program Manager - Akkodis : Job Details

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for an aerospace position with a client located in Moses Lake, WA. We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale aerospace programs. This role requires expertise across multiple facets, including business, financial, client, and supplier side management. Here's a snapshot of what we're looking for

Salary Range: $130.00/hour to $150.00/hour; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Program Manager job responsibilities include:

🔹 Aerospace Experience Required

🔹 Full Program Management – Experience from start to finish, including managing both engineering and business aspects

🔹 Multifunctional Aerospace Manufacturing – Experience with large-scale manufacturers and a global perspective

🔹 Strategic Decision Making – Demonstrated ability to execute key decisions that drive project success

🔹 Global Leadership – Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams, including abroad

🔹 Manufacturing Process Knowledge – Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing processes, particularly VIP interior monuments

🔹 Clear Communication – Strong skills in presenting ideas, solutions, and program updates to clients and teams

🔹 Client Relationship Management – Serve as a key point of contact for prototype and technical contracts

🔹 Project Execution – Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

🔹 Software Adaptability – Quick to learn new software tools that support project execution and reporting
