Program Manager - S&S Healthcare : Job Details

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our agile operations, driving process improvement, and enhancing team collaboration. You will work closely with our CTO and product owners to establish a robust agile framework and ensure its effective implementation across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Jira Configuration: Configure and optimize Jira fields, dashboards, and workflows to align with organizational needs, ensuring seamless project tracking and reporting, as well as automating processes to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze Jira queues and tickets, creating reports to increase visibility into productivity and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Agile Leadership: Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Process Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document process flows, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Training & Upskilling: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill team members in agile methodologies and Jira usage, promoting a culture of learning and adoption.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with various teams and key stakeholders to drive agile initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Change Management: Identify and address challenges in agile adoption, working to gain buy-in from teams across the company and fostering a culture of agility.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Significant experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or similar role in an agile environment.
• Jira Expertise: Strong proficiency in Jira Service Desk, including configuration, automation, and workflows; familiarity with eazyBI and JQL.
• Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of agile principles, practices, and frameworks, with a proven track record of implementing Scrum.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP) are preferred but not required.
