Responsibilities:
- Rebuild the Posterity Health high value procedure program
- Working with marketing team to optimize direct-to-consumer marketing for key programs such as vasectomy and vasectomy reversal, sperm retrievals
- Work with data analysts to define and deploy service line dashboards
- Manage a network of ASC and fertility center surgery center relationships
- Source surgery centers
- Negotiate rates
- Standup and manage a procedure by procedure authorization and payment process for corporate accounts
- Oversee a staff accounting in the monthly reconciliation of ASC and Fertility Center procedure-related payments to appointment reports
- Work cross-functionally develop and deploy standard operating procedures and training enablement for new service offerings and marketing campaigns
- Perform ad hoc service line analytics for requests not supported by dashboard
- Monthly summary reporting as required by direct supervisor, including funnel reporting
- Other responsibilities or deliverables as assigned
