Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of New Product Development (NPD) related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to execute on program objectives.
• Create, monitor, and update project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budget tracking for all assigned programs.
• Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, and objectives.
• Manage project prioritization and facilitate coordination across global teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure project deliverables align with customer needs and expectations.
• Assist in the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering related field
• New Product Development Experience (Knowledge Of Stage Gate)
• 5 years of Project Management experience
