We are searching for a Program Manager to support the (FAA) Aviation Safety Flight Standards Service.RequirementsThe Program Manager will have the knowledge, skills, and experience to:
- Act as the overall manager and administrator for the contract effort for all remote and on-site locations and provide program management support
- Oversee contract performance as the primary interface and POC with FAA program authorities and representatives on technical and program issues
- Perform contract duties by planning, developing and executing the technical, engineering, training, programmatic and administrative support effort
- Provide monitoring and reporting of progress in program milestones; track acquisition and deployment of program resources; and manage and control administrative aspects of the program with respect to contract requirements
- Provide day-to-day supervision of Contractor employees, including overseeing work assignments, leave, schedules, payroll records, and other administrative responsibilities
- Provide program management support to include the planning, organizing, managing, coordinating and tracking via Resource Management and Data Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 15+ years of experience (FAA experience a plus)
- PMP Certification
