40700134*Overview*Program Manager Life Safety, RNFull time, Monday - Friday, Days Manage operations for Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Life safety program. Works with leaders and team members to support emergency responses at DHMC.*Responsibilities** Responsible for the adherence to AHA standards.* Coordinate with the DH Life Support manager.* Oversee the Code Net Rescue system and the fleet of defibrillators.* Review performance data of all Life Safety response teams and report the status to the life safety committee and senior leadership.* Coordinate and train life safety emergency response teams.* Chair the Life Safety Committee.* Collaboration with SICU UNM and Respiratory Care manager regarding personnel for Life Safety response teams.* Growth, development, and strategic planning of the life safety programs.* Manage the DH emergency management system software system.* Responsible for the library of Life Safety policies and procedures.*Qualifications** Required:* Bachelor's degree with 5 years of healthcare experience* Previous experience working in life safety* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required* Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and act autonomously* Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple requests at once* Preferred:* Master's degree preferred* Previous experience working in data abstraction or quality improvement desired* Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt* Critical Care or Emergency Department experience*Required Licensure/Certifications*- Licensed RN with NH Eligibility- BLS upon hire- ACLS within 180 days- PALS within 180 days* *Area of Interest:* Nursing* *FTE/Hours per pay period:* 1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week* *Shift:* Day* *Job ID:* 30303Dartmouth Health is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
