Our Fortune 500 client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the Xbox Gaming Emerging Endpoints Product Marketing team supporting driving the next wave of growth for Gaming via targeting New-to-Xbox audience with our Mobile and Cloud Gaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic partner management, funnel analytics, program management, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3 Location: Remote Pay Range: $52/hr - $57/hr What's the Job?

  • Cloud Gaming Funnel Analysis and Conversion Improvement Strategy
  • Strategic Partner Management: Manage relationships with established brands, educate and onboard partners, and identify depth and expansion opportunities.
  • Program Management (GTM): Lead calls, manage project statuses, set program expectations, and facilitate cross-team introductions.
  • Campaign Program Management: Track deliverables, execute campaigns, manage reviews, and handle day-to-day partner communications.
  • Project Reporting: Maintain strategic partnership roadmaps, recap executed programs with success metrics.
What's Needed?
  • 5-7 years of experience in the field
  • Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role
  • Experience with strategic partner management, especially working with big technology partners and managing deep relationships
  • Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Interpreting and presenting data insights
