Position Overview: The RHY Crisis/TIL program manager is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the TIL residence which provides transitional housing placements for youth from 16- 21 who cannot return home and who have been assessed as suitable for programs designed to teach independent living skills. The Crisis/TIL program manager is responsible for providing youth under 21 years of age with emergency shelter and services. The focus is to return to family where possible and if not locate long term housing. Together with the input and support of the residential staff, the RHY Crisis/TIL program manager will ensure that each young person's individual needs are being met. The provision of therapeutic services will be provided in a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment where the young women will learn the necessary skills to transition back to their families or permanency resource in a positive manner. The RHY Crisis/TIL program manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all program participants and residential staff members.
