Program Manager, SeniorFull Time Ft. APG, MDSecret clearance**This position is contingent upon contract award**Responsibilities Must have experience in the following:
- Perform high level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, conducts manpower assessments, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
- Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required.
- Manage, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract/program activities.
- Interface with government personnel. Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
- Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates, and utilize company resources to achieve program objectives.
- Perform technical program management.
- Provides oversight and mentoring to Level IV Program Manager(s) by reviewing proposed plans and recommending changes.
- Resolves conflicts with sub-contractors.
Qualifications
- MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university preferably in Business, accounting, program management, operations management, engineering. Six additional years of experience can be substituted for MA/MS degree requirement.
- 15 years managing Government programs, six of which is in a supervisory capacity.
- PMP Certification
