Job Description :
Essential Functions:
  • Serve as the Site Manager, overseeing work performance and providing leadership and management on all task order matters related to daily operations
  • Physical set-up of facilities (furniture), configuration (event network, simulation and Army Mission Command Systems and database deployment) and end-to-end testing between the simulation and Army Mission Command Systems according to architectural design when needed
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance (Required)
  • US Citizen
Education:
  • BA or BS degree
  • Army Command & General Staff College graduate (ILE - MEL 4)
Experience:
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Military training & training support
  • Staff Operations & Training at BDE or above
  • SME in Training Management
  • Master of Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)
  • Minimum of 10 years of Leadership / Supervisory Experience
