Essential Functions:
- Serve as the Site Manager, overseeing work performance and providing leadership and management on all task order matters related to daily operations
- Physical set-up of facilities (furniture), configuration (event network, simulation and Army Mission Command Systems and database deployment) and end-to-end testing between the simulation and Army Mission Command Systems according to architectural design when needed
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance (Required)
- US Citizen
Education:
- BA or BS degree
- Army Command & General Staff College graduate (ILE - MEL 4)
Experience:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Military training & training support
- Staff Operations & Training at BDE or above
- SME in Training Management
- Master of Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)
- Minimum of 10 years of Leadership / Supervisory Experience
