Description:RESPONSIBLE FOR: Provides customer oriented services to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, care coordination and expedited flow through the healthcare system. Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent experience equal to eight (8) years experience beyond the minimum experience required will be accepted in lieu of degree.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Five (5) years experience in practice management, patient care or provider relations role interacting with both patients and physicians to coordinate care.MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:None.
