In this multifaceted position, you will:Collaborate with school leadership, faculty, and the Office of the Registrar to develop and publish course schedules for all academic termsTroubleshoot scheduling conflicts and propose resolutionsAssist instructors with evening exam scheduling and ensure posting of required course informationStay current on University policies, procedures, and deadlines, including those for International Students and ScholarsManage incomplete grade reports and address student grade inquiriesServe as the primary contact for graduate student registration and monitor student progress from admission to graduationGuide graduate students on registration procedures, schedule adjustments, and school policiesSupport the admissions process for prospective studentsLiaise with the Graduate School, Registrar, and Bursar's offices to optimize departmental processesThis role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex academic systems.
