Overview:
The Program Site Manager II is assigned to the Government worksite and serves as the first-line supervisor for contractor staff at that location, as well as the PM's representative at a remote worksite. The Program Site Manager is responsible for all employee-employer tasks and functions at their worksite and is the direct interface to billable staff on behalf of both the Government and the contract company at that worksite.
Primary Responsibilities:
* On-site supervision of contract employees
* Prepares and routes for signature process documents required by the contract such as TARs, ERs, EAN, OT forms, training requests, badge requests, and other miscellaneous forms
* Approves PTO and Flextime requests for employees following government coordination of labor needs
* Performs and/or coordinates performance appraisals for contract staff
* POC for policy and information distribution to contract staff
* Timesheet approver for subordinate contract staff
* Manages the vacancy and interview processes for positions at their worksite
* Focal point for onboarding and offboarding of employees, managing check-in and check-out processes at their worksite
* Identifies and coordinates proper actions to handle performance and/or disciplinary issues
* POC for employees with contract company corporate functions, such as HR, Security, etc.
* Represents PM and DPM at the worksite
Supervisory Responsibilities:
On-site supervision of contract employees. Represents PM and DPM at the worksite.
Education and/or Experience:
* Ten (10) years of professional experience required
* Five (5) years of experience with federal contracting
* Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience
* Experience working with Security professionals and adult education environments desired
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Ability to multi-task at a high level daily in a fast-paced corporate environment
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills; creative problem solver and team player
* Experience with online software applications and/or MS Office tools
* Solid attention to detail, organization, initiative, follow-through, and flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions
* Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead staff with minimum direction

Security Clearance:
* Possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Must be able to maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals
