Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Program Technical Lead to establish and lead the Program Technical Office (PTO) for a major pharmaceutical automation project. In this role, you will guide the software design and development process, maintain the programs automation philosophy, and ensure that technical deliverables meet industry standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Automation Program Technical Office (PTO) and guide software design and development.

* Maintain and evolve the overall automation philosophy for the program.

* Drive technology selection, including communication buses, Utilities Management Control System (UMS), and remote IO systems.

* Contribute to the programs digital strategy and collaborate on schedules with dependent functions.

* Develop and apply expertise in DeltaV component libraries, ensuring adherence to standards and templates.

* Oversee software libraries, programming standards, project documentation, and testing templates.

* Provide technical support and mentorship to project technical leads.

* Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and computer system validation.

Requirements:

* Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience.

* 10+ years of experience in DeltaV component and control strategy development.

* Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs is preferred.

* Proven experience in large pharmaceutical automation projects.

* Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

* In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
