The Home team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, the Project Coordinator will manage interior unit redevelopment and quality execution for capital improvement projects for communities across our portfolio of luxury apartment communities.

Who You Are:

* Maximizes operational efficiencies and effectiveness; establishes and enforces redevelopment operational standards as relates to maintenance, unit turns, and general capital expenditures.

* Manages vendor/supplier relationships by navigating project quotes, purchase orders and invoicing to ensure projects are executed on-time, in-budget, and according to company standard operating procedures.

* Manages in-unit redevelopment / turn projects from start to finish within allocated budgets and monitors monthly performance - executing to in-unit redevelopment plans, budgets, timelines. Provides support and assistance to site teams in executing redevelopment projects.

* Partners with community managers and facilities teams to execute to an annual master project list by community location.

* Has proficient understanding of residential construction to be able to complete and partner with site teams to execute in-unit redevelopment work.

* Partners with Director, Redevelopment and Community / Maintenance teams on managing products, shipping status, and processing expenses for redevelopment projects.

* Assists in the development of the annual capital expenditures budget for each community and responsible for execution of certain approved capital projects.

* Follows standards for turnover procedures, work order completion, purchasing and inventory control. Develops and maintains a resource library for maintenance and capital related issues and programs.

* Ensures projects are completed on schedule and within budget and in accordance with established Company quality standards and expectations.

* Prepares and delivers monthly reports with context to repairs and maintenance costs, capital projects, work orders, and turnover costs.

* Manages contracted vendor expectations including quality of work, attracting and managing new vendor partnerships, managing budget expectations to ensure we are consistently maintaining our physical assets to a class A standard.

* Provides partnership, support, and resources to on-site facilities teams; performs other quality control functions as needed.

* Coordinates other projects as directed.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* One year work experience in a similar field - project management, multi family development and construction, and / or budget management desired.

* Some travel required as needed to support operations in Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, and the Carolinas (approximately 15%).

* Work requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Work requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills, customer service and experience skills and delivery, in partnership with both internal and external customers.

* Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate company equipment, including but not limited to golf carts and maintenance vehicles.

* The ability to achieve results by working with others within the organization, regardless of the reporting relationship, is a critical success factor.
