We have a wide range of recruiting capabilities extending from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capable of offering project-based work. Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Project Management Advisor in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements, communicate expectations, analyze designs, constructs and deliver solutions with minimal team interaction
  • Configure data extraction to specified file layouts
  • Ensure thorough testing and signoff prior to moving to production
  • Document development activities Build relationships and maintain regular contact with vendors
  • Coordinate/host meetings and lead presentations
  • Proactively identify gaps/potential issues/root cause
  • Monitoring, ticket triaging and routing, issue analysis and resolution or proper delegation
  • Closely collaborate with Business, Compliance, Vendor, and IT (both production support and development) team members to successfully manage day to day activities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and at least 5+ years of experience with:
  • Vendor management and/or project management
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) / file exchange implementation / SQL development / support
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid industries
  • Experience working in agile and matrixed environments
  • Flexibility and experience working as an individual contributor and as a member of a team
  • Managing multiple activities effectively and deliver on-time solutions
  • Communicating at all organizational levels managing/reporting SLAs
  • Able to work in an environment with rapidly changing business requirements and priorities
  • Conflict and negotiation skills to resolve potential collisions and escalate issues as necessary
  • Strong focus on delivering superior customer service required
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Willingness to learn our business and vendor business
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules to deliver quality work on time
