Responsibilities
  • Provide content strategy support to understand the needs of OJP users.
  • Design, plan and execute user & stakeholder research and identify product-level patterns, trends, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with project and portfolio managers to support project activities.
  • Participate in ongoing decisions regarding design, data collection, data analysis, methodology, and process improvement as related to the user's experience.
  • Meeting coordination, facilitation and note taking.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of analyst experience.
  • Substitute plus 7 years' experience with no degree.
  • SAFe Agilist Certification within 90 days after start date.
  • Ability to pass Public Trust / MBI background investigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Writing meets college Baccalaureate degree standards for English grammar, spelling, and composition.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
