Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the design, development, and execution of numerous advanced tech projects including: Semiconductor, EV, and Microelectronics manufacturing, data centers, and other high tech clients! Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, with a focus on advanced technology facilities.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections (as needed) to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Experience in advanced tech, semiconductor or EV manufacturing, data centers, or other technology sector clients.
