We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring design integrity and project feasibility while collaborating with clients, consultants, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans for various projects.
  • Create detailed drawings and models using CAD
  • Conduct site analysis and research relevant codes, regulations, and environmental considerations.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to refine designs and ensure project feasibility.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project alignment and compliance with design intent.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is executed according to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
  • Support the project management team in coordinating schedules and deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
  • Understanding of NY building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing academic projects or relevant work experience is highly desirable.
