Project Architect Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Project Architect with the following experience:
Qualifications
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on Revit usage.
- Education & Certification: A Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, with professional licensure.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and project management. Experience with governmental agencies, zoning ordinances, and building codes is critical.
- Preferred Experience:
- Design driven public projects
Proficiency in Revit Sketchup AutoCAD Photoshop Microsoft Office & Bluebeam. Organized, motivated, dedicated, efficient with ability to communicate professionally.Competent knowledge of building materials, and construction techniques.Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work.Must possess current, thorough knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.Knowledge of professional ethics applying to the practice of Architecture.
