Direct opportunity with our client who offers a range of management and support services for construction, business, technology and real estate fields. Hybrid schedule - remote and onsite days at the Baltimore VA Hospital.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Architect/Engineer will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to the administration of construction, design/build, engineering and facilities management complex construction projects. Services will include, but not limited to, pre-design phase services, design phase services, procurement phase services, construction services, claims services, administration services, and technical specialty services. A heavy focus of the day to day will be inspection of designs, parts, and construction documents. Will be responsible for having a hand in Quality Control of renovations

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The Sr. Architect/Engineer shall hold a Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering from an accredited school of higher education. It is required that the individual have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in both design and construction with a focus on medical facilities.

MUST HAVE

Architecture License REQUIRED

Must be eligible and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (i.e., pass a federal background check), as well as complete the necessary processes to receive a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) badge.
