• We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join our New York City office. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to landmark projects in one of the world's most dynamic architectural markets.
• Please note that licensure is a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and documentation process for large-scale commercial projects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence and project delivery.
• Oversee all phases of the architectural process, from concept design to construction administration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and team success.

Qualifications:

• Required: Licensure to practice architecture in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with significant experience on large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical expertise, particularly in complex building types.
• Plus: Previous experience in theatre design or cultural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
