Project Control Cost Manager Location: Syracuse, New York Duration: Temp to Hire (after 520 Hours) Pay $70 - $75/HR on W2 What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience (15+ highly preferred) in project controls, including cost, scheduling, and change management.
• Strong engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with industry practices and project management methodologies.
