Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional TalentDESCRIPTION:Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to monitor and track project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality metricsCollaborate with project teams to establish project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with overall project objectivesConduct regular project cost reviews and analysis to identify variances, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.Prepare and present project status reports, financial analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholdersAssist with management of change orders, contract administration, and claims management processes to mitigate financial risks and ensure contractual complianceREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor of Science degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.10+ years of heavy construction experience including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and construction/engineering resolutionWorking proficiency in MS excel and JD Edwards and ProcoreExcellent written and verbal skillsThe salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000 depending on experienceTutor Perini builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
