Swoon is hiring a Project Manager/Coordinator for our top client in AZ!

• 1 year contract with strong potential to extend/ convert
• On site in Tucson, AZ

Who is the client I would be working with?

• A leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives, with more than US$89 billion in assets!

What will I be doing in this role?

• Working with a Team of 10 PMs, providing general PM Support and scheduling
• Building project plans in MS Project
• Facilitating planning meetings and planning workshops
• Tracking risks and issue items and ensure quality project plans are in place
• Following up on action items to make sure project is progressing

What is required?

• 2+ years in project coordination or management
• MS Project experience
• Has experience leading planning meetings or comfortability with stakeholder management

What would be nice?

• Prior experience in waterfall or agile methodology
• Prior experience in manufacturing industry
• Prior experience in enterprise org
• Bachelor's or Associates degree
