Performs administrative duties for the sales and production teams. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews engineering drawing plans and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks
- Oversees, monitors, and coordinates sale orders
- Acts as liaison between team members and the rest of the organization
- Plan, organize loads within region to dispatch trucks to meet customer requests and production team activities, giving importance to individual member's and overall team's achievement of established goals
- Prepares Quotes and take offs for construction materials that are specified in City, State and/or DOT construction plans
- Ensures team's goals are aligned with company's culture of success leadership commitments and representative of the overall company's directive
- Creates initial rough product designs into working drawings/documents
- Has some knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction materials industry (Precast concrete materials preferred)
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Experience & Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 4 year's equivalent work experience in field related area
- Familiar with a wide variety of field's concepts, practices and procedures
- Experience with AutoCAD
