Due to growth, we are eager to add an Internal Project Coordinator to our team of professionals.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and within scope.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of internal projects to ensure their successful execution.
- Manage project schedules, including deadlines and milestones, to keep projects on track.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and accountability.
- Support office management tasks, including resource allocation and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience in project coordinating and office administration.
- Strong skills in scheduling and time management.
- Familiarity with project management tools, principles and practices.
- Experience with software tools such as Thomson Reuters, Practice CS, and iContact is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and comfortable using Zoom for virtual meetings.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Must have ability to work some Saturday's during tax season
