  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and field staff on material deliveries from the warehouse or supply businesses to job locations as needed. This is to include deliveries with a heavy-duty pickup and trailer (enclosed or flatbed).
  • Coordinate with all employees on maintenance and repairs to fleet vehicles.
  • Manage and maintain inventory and shop tool cage.
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving.
  • Operate forklifts, warehouse machinery and company vehicles in a safe manner, in accordance with state laws and company policies.
  • Support panel shop with material inventory counts for automation panel builds.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse/shop in a clean, orderly and safe working environment.
  • Participate in company safety meetings to ensure a Zero Incident Safety Culture .
  • Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Engage in operations meetings with the management team to ensure clarity on the requirements for achieving project goals and deadlines for our customers.
  • Report any maintenance, safety or any other issues/concerns to the Area Operations Manager.
  • Perform any other work-related duties as assigned.
  • Manage project related documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
  • Oversee clerical tasks to support the area operations manager.
  • Assist with administrative needs for the operation.
  • Assist with HSE equipment needs for the operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED plus experience.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office 365 software.
  • Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record. No CDL required.
  • Forklift operating experience preferred.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills.
  • Possess strong communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and open to making suggestions for improving operations and procedures.
  • Subject to a background check, as well as drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations.
  • Must be able to take direction, work well in a team environment, and interact with all levels of management, engineering, systems, operations, and field personnel.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • The workday is a standard 8 hours and is spent in a warehouse and office setting.
  • Work activities may involve lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, bending and climbing.

  • 5 - years' experience in Project Coordination
