The Project Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. This position offers the opportunity to provide vital administrative support to our project management team and facilitate seamless coordination across various departments.Key Responsibilities Summary: Provide essential administrative support to project managers to maintain project progress. Maintain accurate project data in the CRM system and prepare necessary paperwork. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination. Assist with quote approval, sales order creation, and invoice generation. Input signage orders into production tracking system and address production-related queries. Coordinate installation requests and assist with organizing installation documentation. Ensure timely completion of project tasks and assist with project closeout activities. Provide ad-hoc administrative support across various departments as needed. Qualifications: A minimum of a 2-year degree (Associate's degree) in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, though a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles and project coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), PDF, and CRM related systems for data entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of architectural signage manufacturing, including blueprint reading and project workflows. Schedule: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday (45-minute unpaid lunch break). Salary Range: $18 - $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.
