PROJECT COORDINATOR - MasTec : Job Details

As a Project Coordinator, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating and assisting with the day to day functions of our office, supporting our team in Batavia, IL. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And youre up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

• Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues as needed.
• Make sure City Jurusdiction Registrations are valid for all of our project locations in the state
• Maintain and update the company database as needed
• Generate basic reports in Excel and have good computer skills
• Support our SPG team
• Serve as a point of contact for the Batavia, IL Office
• Handle all incoming front desk questions/issues

About You:

• Safety is a part of your day to day
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You are looking for long-term projects
• Having a Degree is a plus but not required
• You have project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues
• You have strong Microsoft Word and some Excel experience
• You have purchasing experience is a plus
• Possess Telecom experience is a plus, but not required
• Youre skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
