Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator ensures smooth project execution by managing schedules, documentation, and communication between clients, contractors, and the project team. This role supports the delivery of high-quality, on-time, and on-budget custom home projects.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain project records, schedules, permits, and inspection documents. - Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to address project needs. - Track budgets, process invoices, and manage material orders. - Coordinate schedules to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications- 3 years in project coordination, ideally in custom home construction. - Proficiency with construction management software and tools. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
