The project coordinator role is a strategic support to campus partners (academic colleges, university units and key auxiliary units) in coordinating project deliverables (print and digital) including the coordination of timelines, content organization and meeting scheduling.This role is instrumental in coordinating the day-to-day projects that University Communication and Marketing supports and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and on budget. The project coordinator works daily with the UComm creative team and outside vendors to accomplish the responsibilities of various projects, often juggling multiple deadlines at once. This role manages the billing process for paid projects.
