Summary of the Job:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our US Operations and Implementation teams by ensuring seamless communication, organization, and execution of projects. You'll assist with tasks such as organizing call notes, editing and creating templates, coordinating deliverables, and tracking project milestones.
The ideal candidate for this job is a natural problem-solver and has a proven track record of being able to develop solid customer relationships. We need someone who will roll up their sleeves, develop an in-depth understanding of our business and industry, and help the company meet its goals. You also have to be able to juggle lots of things at once, and be excited to apply and develop your customer relations skills around our highly customized solutions. And finally, we need you to have a positive professional attitude, exhibit integrity, be reliable, and provide exceptional service with a sense of urgency, practicality and accountability.

This position will be based in our Washington DC or Orlando, Florida office. If you do not already reside in the area, you must be willing to relocate. Travel up to 25% of the time should be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with the US Operations and Implementation teams to streamline workflows and support project goals.
· Manage documentation for implementation projects, including meeting notes, templates, and process updates.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
· Provide administrative and organizational support to the Implementation team, ensuring project timelines are adhered to.
What You'll Do:
· Act as the go-to resource for the US Operations and Implementation teams, helping maintain project momentum.
· Organize and maintain team templates, documentation, and reports to support seamless implementation.
· Work directly with the US-based teams to ensure accurate communication and efficient collaboration.
*In addition to what is described above, the Project Coordinator may be assigned other duties and responsibilities.
