Description

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator. This role involves ensuring desktop and device engineering, as well as maintaining configuration standards. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with multiple teams, including desktop, network engineering, and external vendors, to design top-tier desktop and device application solutions.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the system-wide oversight of the User Device Lifecycle, encompassing budgeting, procurement, asset management, and relinquishment. The Project Coordinator will ensure compliance with established standards, processes, and procedures, aligning with the clients mission of providing service excellence in patient care.

This individual will gather information on existing workflows at the facilities and help create and maintain processes and procedures to support device lifecycle management. They will coordinate scheduled procurements across all facilities, working closely with EITS Finance to ensure awareness of upcoming procurements and the necessary funds. The role also involves facilitating quote requests, reviewing procurement requests to ensure the correct solutions are being purchased, and coordinating with facility procurement requestors, desktop engineering leadership, and site directors to ensure timely submission and status updates.

Additionally, the Project Coordinator will maintain vendor relationships and standardize work processes for vendor updates to stakeholders. They will support the asset management process at all facilities to track user devices (both financial and non-financial assets) and manage the device lifecycle and entire procurement process.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00
