Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholdersDaily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progressCreate preliminary estimate using estimating softwareReview and validate job site documentationWork closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to endCollaborate and assist with other departments, as neededPosition Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experienceAbility to multitask and to remain detail-orientedProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plusExperience in service industry environment a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours
40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required8:30am - 4:30pm M-F
