Job Title Project Coordinator Job Description Job Description About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements We are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our expanding team at Dotdash Meredith. In this role, you will collaborate with the Content Operations team to manage and execute editorial projects across multiple brands. You will coordinate with stakeholders, streamline workflows, and oversee contractors to achieve project goals within budget and on time. Hybrid 3x a week- New York City In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. About the Position Contributions: Launch and oversee digital content update projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that workflows remain on track to meet quarterly objectives. Manage a team of contractors, providing clear communication and performance oversight to ensure goals are met. Develop and proofread project guidelines and materials to guarantee high-quality content execution. Monitor quarterly budgets, track expenses, and provide detailed reports on spending. Collaborate closely with Editorial teams to generate new projects and suggest enhancements to existing processes. Track and analyze project progress while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that arise during project execution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation to reflect current best practices. Eduction: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative, content marketing, or content management role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sheets (Required) Familiarity with analytics, Looker, and Airtable (Preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing competing deadlines and working across multiple projects. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Merediths total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
