Job Description :

THE POSITION: The Project Coordinator II will provide essential support to the Project Manager and project teams in delivering initiatives. The role involves coordinating projects activities, maintaining documentation and providing effective communication across and within all projects under the Project Managers control.

The salary range for the Project Coordinator position at Center for Elders Independence is $62,608-93,912. Annual salary is based on the market for the IT Project Coordinator position, as well as experience, skills, abilities and work history.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update project documentation including Project Plans, Project Initiation documents and other key artefacts
  • Track and log all Risk, Issues and Changes
  • Organize, schedule and preparation for all meetings, for both the CIO and all projects under the Project Managers control.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for coordinating project tasks across teams
  • Support the Project Manager in stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely communication and dissemination of project updates
  • Facilitate collaboration between team members, promoting alignment on project objectives
  • Support quality assurance process by maintaining Quality registers and ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria
  • Assist in the processing and administration of expenditure, including invoice processing and handling financial queries

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Foundational qualification in a recognized project methodology (PRINCE2, APM, PMP)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within a Healthcare/PACE-related setting
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Jira
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare systems (such as eCW), CRM (Salesforce) and Finance (Dynamics GP) would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
