Job DescriptionPosition Responsibilities/Accountabilities: List the major duties/accountabilities to achieve the positions key objectives. Steers and coordinates package-related activities such as cross-functional Plant and/or supplier teams.Processes and evaluates BBM content for Plant Spartanburg relevance, impact,accuracy and completeness. When required, initiates subsequent corrective actions.Coordinates and manages the implementation of relevant changes with allaffected departments, incl. process partners in Germany, to determinethe impact of the change and the earliest possible implementation dateand forums (WPT, Projektsteuerkreis, Freigaberunde, etc.).Provides regular updates of all open issues/status to supervisor/project leader, ensuring all activities are completed on-time and within the target framework.Provides support to process partners with respect to BBM content issues/questions.Provides guidance/training to process partners on the Launch Management systems and processes.Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective measures toimprove the systems/ processes within the Launch and Change Managementdepartment.Has flexibility within the department regarding job assignment.Assumes responsibility for additional special projects as required.Performs other duties as assigned by management. III. Position Competencies: A) Education: AA /AS degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics or other relatedDegree or equivalent experience of 2 years.BA /BS degree (Engineering, Supply Chain-related preferred) or equivalent of 4 years experience.MA /MS degree (Engineering, Supply Chain-related preferred) or equivalent of 5 years experience. B) Experience: 6+ years of related professional experience with AA/AS degree.4+ years of related professional experience with BA/BS degree3+ years of related professional experience with MA/MS degree.All relevant experience should contain at least 3+ years of projectmanagement/team leadership positions, preferably in Supply Chain,Logistics or Engineering-related functions.
