- Individual will be assisting with the flow of work to ensure that the team is working at full capacity and no projects fall behind We are looking for someone who takes initiative and drives important production design projects to the finish line.
- Assist in project managing a team made up of primarily designers and design managers in our Global Production Design team.
- Project manage the end to end lifecycle of key art and creative projects for the product ensuring timely delivery to our partners
- Tasks may include but not limited to resource allocation and scheduling of deliveries stakeholder sign off and risk management
- Run team stand ups and team design meetings unblocking the teams impediments within the team and outside dependencies
- Plan and track tasks in Jira ensuring tickets are up to date and deliverables are in tickets and devise opportunities to improve team efficiency and trackability
- Communicate with stakeholders on the progress of projects tasks Qualifications
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
- More of a Coordinator kind of a role, not technical
- Media Domain highly preferred
- Strong in XLS, Reporting
- 3-5 Years should be fine
- more of PMO activities
- JIRA (preferred)
Required:
- 2 years multi-project program management in traditional project management or creative project management setting
- Strong proficiency in tools Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Google Suite Slack
- A proactive efficient and resourceful approach and ability to thrive in a creative and deadline driven environment
- Strong communication and status sharing skills and excellent listening skills
- Lots of ideas to bring to the table to help organize and manage complex and time driven requests for the creative teams
