Position Description Job Duties and Responsibilities:Help estimate potential projectsBuyout projectsOversee multiple construction projects from startup through closeoutPlan projectsComplete and manage submittal processDevelop and maintain good relationships with project owners and stakeholdersOversee field work to ensure maximum productivity and cost effectivenessOversee work of subcontractorsEnsure work is completed safelyEnsure that work is completed in accordance with Contract DocumentsEnsure work is completed to high levels of quality and with utmost integrityMange change order process and ensure that all extra work is paid forOversee all administrative aspects of projectKeep good quantities and records to ensure accurate job costs Benefits401k Plan with 15% of pay employer profit sharing contribution after 1 year of serviceFull health insurance fully funded by the employer for all policy types.
