Project Cost Controls Specialist F+G performs a variety of routine technical tasks to assist project managers, cost managers, facility assessors, construction managers, estimators, or other technical professionals working in program and project management, strategic facility consulting, project assurance, and other advisory services.This is a full-time position with Faithful+Gould that comes with the opportunity to prove your true potential, provide expert services on world class projects, collaborate and grow with professional services experts, and receive an attractive compensation package with robust benefits. How will you contribute to the team?- Gathers, logs and summarizes project data to be used in technical studies or project performance reviews
- Assist in Project Estimate development with Project Manager
- Manage change order process
- Invoice review
- Assist with annual budgeting
- Responsible for Project cost tracking and forecasts
- Responsible for progress reporting
- Develop in service cost profiles
- Variance explanations
- Develop cost profiles
- Develop payment applications
- Track AFE funding levels
- Log Accruals and track outstanding invoices
- Spends analysis and WBS coding
What will you contribute?- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field, plus zero - three years relevant experience in project/cost controls.
- Microsoft Excel and Computer skills required to enter data in spreadsheets or databases.
- Experience managing large data sets and performing pivot tables and lookups for analysis

- Performs routine technical support assignments.
