Qualifications

RS&H is actively seeking a Project Director to join our Federal Market team. This position will sit in either Chicago, IL, or San Antonio, TX.

As part of the Federal Market team, you'll play a key role in leading large, complex projects to meet client goals. You'll define project needs, establish clear requirements, and guide teams through all phases ensuring quality, budget, and schedule expectations are met. Acting as the primary client contact, you'll manage contracts, provide regular updates, and address challenges with innovative solutions.

You'll also mentor team members, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvements in project delivery. With a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence, you'll contribute to securing repeat business and building lasting partnerships.

This role may include managing a small team of direct reports while championing quality and efficiency across every project phase.
