We take on a diverse range of assignments that include infrastructure projects as well as healthcare, educational, institutional, manufacturing, and commercial clients.Position Description:Assist and coordinate the development of the utility master plan and verify in the field the accuracy of installation for new and existing projects.Plan, organize, coordinate, and report the performance of construction projects to the infrastructure team.Identify risks and assist in creating risk mitigation plans.Assist in creating and presenting project and college data clearly to multiple stakeholder groups.Provide technical and engineering support to the Program Management Office (PMO) including Project Managers and Construction Managers.Coordinate with surveying, testing and inspection staff.Document progress of construction, demolition, rehabilitation, alteration addition or repair projects, logging photographs, daily project reports and notes as required.Assist in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures and guidelines.Assist in coordinating and recording minutes of meetings with project stakeholders.Assist in review of submittal procedures, RFI's and monthly invoices.Perform other project support duties as directed.Minimum Required Qualifications:3-5 years of recent professional work experience in the management of the construction of infrastructure projects.Experience within a large capital improvement program and familiarity with relevant public codes.BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Urban Planning or related degree.Compensation Range: $102,271.92 - $136,362.56Don't meet every single requirement?
