Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project engineering efforts from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with plant teams to develop and prioritize capital projects.
• Monitor and improve plant equipment and efficiencies.
• Oversee project installations and ensure all stakeholder requirements are met.
• Implement preventive maintenance and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
• PMP or PE certification is a plus.
• Ability to speak/read Spanish is a plus.
