Compensation: $80K/year What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop detailed civil site drawings, including site plans, grading plans, demolition plans, utility plans, and more
• Create and compare design alternatives considering limitations like typical sections, alignments, and cost
• Perform essential calculations, including stormwater, hydrologic, and hydraulic, to ensure accurate construction documents
• Utilize computer-assisted design programs and specified equipment to prepare engineering documents
• Prepare conceptual site layouts and review local ordinances for compliance
• Collect and complete permit documents, ensuring all requirements are met
• Sign and seal drawings as necessary, adhering to professional standards

What You'll Need to be Considered:

• Professional Engineer (PE) or EI certification
• Proficiency with engineering principles and computer-design techniques
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD-Civil 3D and MS Office products
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and public agencies
